White Flyer Production Operator

Essential Functions

• Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments.
• Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment.
• Transports palletized materials using a forklift.
• Performs quality checks.
• Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wears required PPE.
• Additional job tasks may include:
  • Operating Cast or Paint Machine.
  • Replacing machine tooling, cylinders, and actuators as needed.
  • Ensuring raw material reservoirs are maintained.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior related production line experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends as needed.

Schedule

Current Schedule: 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday.

Shift Differential

Shift Differential: $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift).
