Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in business management and entrepreneurship as QC invests in your career growth.
• Assist the Associate VP of Operations to expand QC’s client network across the greater Houston area by managing existing client relationships and winning new projects.
• Execute data collection projects of all sizes, including installing equipment like video detection cameras and pneumatic tubes, or assisting with surveys and field data collection.
• See the real-time impact of your work as you help engineers and planners in the public and private sectors improve local roadways and communities.

Requirements

• Eager to learn how to run a small business operation and grow your business management career.
• A hands-on problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors—rain or shine.
• Strong attention to detail and experience using power tools.
• A fast learner who values feedback and collaboration.
• Technically capable and confident working in the field.
• Willing to travel nationally and attend local conferences as needed.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business management) or has 3-5 years of relevant management/business experience.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay

$60,000 yearly salary with performance bonus eligibility.
