About the role

Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz in Englewood, NJ is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our Business Development Center. Business Development Representatives are responsible for generating sales appointments with customers via the internet, existing clients and incoming phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Understand all products and services offered.
• Make outbound calls and send emails.
• Generate sales appointments for the dealership.
• Follow up existing customers to create and confirm appointments.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$50,000 to $85,000 per year – includes commission pay
