WHE Operation & Maintenance Manager

About the role

Provides full authority to ensure safe and effective Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WHE operations, inspections, certifications, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, crane operation standards, and lifting protocols.
• Supervise operators, riggers, and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain documentation, PM schedules, and certification records.

Requirements

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience involving WHE operation and maintenance.
• Minimum five (5) years in supervisory or management roles involving WHE personnel/equipment.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience and certifications: NCCCO Crane Operator or Inspector certifications, NAVFAC WHE certification experience.
