About the role
This is a critical role at the center of our sales organization - partnering directly with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to bring deals to life.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with BDMs to execute the full sales cycle, from pricing through contract completion
- Build, analyze, and validate customer usage data to support pricing strategies and proposals
- Develop and refresh pricing models and quotes in response to market changes
- Cook up and submit RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Set up new customers and contracts across systems (Salesforce, ECHO, DocuSign, utility portals)
- Create and maintain clean, reliable datasets—including usage profiles, pricing inputs, and contract details
- Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data formatting) to manipulate large datasets and generate insights
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve sales workflows, tools, and processes
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and channel partners, supporting pre- and post-sale inquiries
- Pivot cross-functionally to resolve issues related to billing, contracts, and usage
- Support ongoing enhancements to business intelligence and sales tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, customer service, or analytical roles
- Advanced Excel skills - comfortable working with large datasets, pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in high-volume work
- Experience working across multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, contract management tools, utility portals)
- A self-starter mindset - able to prioritize, manage competing deadlines, and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about processes and improvements
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
