We're looking for a skilled Wet Painter for Metal Spray Painting to bring a high level of detail and consistency to our metal finishing team.

Responsibilities

• Prep parts for painting – sanding, cleaning, masking
• Apply wet paint coatings with precision and care
• Operate spray guns, pumps, and booth systems
• Watch for paint flaws and correct them quickly
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Meet deadlines and work closely with your team

Requirements

• Experience in automotive or industrial wet painting
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Flexible to meet production needs and schedules
• High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications

• Powder coat experience is a plus
