Glen at Hiland Meadows - Full-Time - Days
Performs a variety of painting and vinyl wallcovering duties in support of facility maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects. Responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and wallcoverings, and maintaining a high-quality finish in accordance with established standards.

Requirements

• High education or GED
• Two to four years of painting and related work experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting for maintenance and new construction projects
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as required
• Install, repair, and remove vinyl wallcoverings
• Mix and apply paints, stains, sealants, and other finishing materials
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
• Follow all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Pay

• Pay Range: $19.20 - $25.58
• Pay is based on experience, skills, and education
• Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates
• The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
