Westminster Preschool - Multiple Positions

About the Role

We are seeking educators for three distinct positions within our early childhood program:

Lead Toddler Teacher

• Schedule: 8:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
• Create a positive environment for children.
• Teach the provided well-being curriculum for the toddler classroom.
• Follow state procedures and guidelines.
• Create child portfolios and conduct quarterly assessments.
• Communicate with families and fellow staff.

Opener

• Schedule: 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Open the building and classrooms.
• Complete morning tasks.
• Greet families and children as they arrive.
• Create a warm, loving environment for children.
• Assist with dishes and prep future meals/snacks.
• Provide breaks as needed.

Support Staff

• Schedule: 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Support all lead teachers and staff with daily tasks.
• Provide lunch and restroom breaks as needed.
• Complete cleaning tasks and inventory checklists.
• Assist in classrooms as needed.
