WESTFIELD - FLOOR SERVER

Full time / Part time Floor Server role with a base salary of £14.80, plus tips & tronc and bi-weekly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Own your section and ensure every guest has a great experience
• Take food and drink orders with confidence and warmth
• Keep the floor moving efficiently without making it feel rushed
• Share your genuine enthusiasm for the food, drinks, and atmosphere
• Build relationships with your team and the local community
• Maintain a clean, prepped, and ready-to-go floor at all times

Requirements

• Some experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality is a bonus, not a must)
• A warm, confident manner and a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy service
• Reliable, team-first mindset with a passion for food and people
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
