About the role
As a Clinical Nurse Educator at West Wyalong Health Service, you will be instrumental in the development and career success of the nursing team. Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate clinical education and professional development
- Orient, supervise and mentor staff, students and TPP participants
- Promote clinical leadership, best practice and a positive learning culture
- Contribute to district-wide education, training and policy development
- Provide unit-based and individual education and skill support
- Delegate and support Nurses and others within scope of practice
- Maintain contemporary practice and meet CNE/CME Framework requirements
- Participate in audits, quality activities and care delivery aligned with safety standards

Qualifications
The successful applicant must hold a current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a clinical education role is highly desirable.

Pay
$120,652.51 - $124,565.90 per annum, pro rata (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)
