Responsibilities
- Maximize market penetration of Eschenbach products by soliciting sales to the eye care market.
- Target customers can include state of local agencies, VA hospitals and other channel partners.
- A minimum of 3 nights per week 'out of town' is to be expected.
- Maximize number of existing Eschenbach customers through in-person sales solicitation, including helping new and existing customers understand Eschenbach’s products and how Eschenbach’s products are superior in performance.
- Make at least 10 in-person sales calls per week on eye care and blind rehab professionals.
- Follow-up on all qualified leads within 30 days.
- Maintain contact database for territory in CRM system and track all selling activities in the same system.
- Spend adequate time weekly telemarketing territory to effectively and efficiently schedule travel, working primarily by appointment.
- Learn and understand products for low vision aids and magnifiers, which will help you be an effective salesperson.
- Sponsor and attend local and regional trade shows and eye care events to solicit sales of Eschenbach products and cultivate leads.
- Maintain samples for demonstration purposes in good condition, which will help solicit sales of such products.
- Maintain professional appearance and presentation at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent, preferred
- Commitment to learn and demonstrate the Eschenbach sales technique
- Territory Managers candidates must provide a vehicle for business use that is sufficient for transportation of required samples. This is typically a full-sized SUV or Minivan.
- Adherence to dress code
- Proficiency with computers as a selling tool including the MS Office suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Expert time management skills
- Public speaking experience a plus
Qualifications
- Successfully identify and acquire new professional customers as well as grow existing customers through adept account management.

Pay
Pay Range: From $110,000.00 - $130,000 per year (pay includes base, commission, and potential bonuses earned through the year).
