Position Summary

The Campus Life Director (CLD) oversees all Campus Life High School (HS) activities on the west side of Oahu, including 5-7 ministry sites. Responsibilities include ensuring staff and volunteers complete necessary training, managing and supervising staff and volunteers, and coordinating activities at high schools: Campbell, Kapolei, Mililani, Nanakuli, Waianae, and Waipahu.

Essential Functions

  • Ministry Team Development (60%): Recruit, train, and maintain volunteer ministry leader team; establish healthy 3 Story teams; develop programming materials; and report progress and updates.

  • Relational Ministry Action Development (30%): Manage and facilitate RMAs; develop and implement curriculum materials; and train and evaluate ministry site leaders.

  • Spiritual Responsibilities: Model empathy, humility, and care for all people; teach and preach from the Holy Bible; and seek God’s guidance and wisdom.

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience: Three years of ministry experience

Fundraising Responsibilities

All YFC employees are expected to participate in activities that advance the stewardship functions of YFC USA, including extending invitations to fund-raising events, recruiting personal circle of influence/YFC donor contacts, and personally ministering to donor contacts.
