What We Offer

We offer a competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €3,200 to €5,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

You will receive 43 vacation days per year according to the Dutch Labour Code (CAO).

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field;
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a works coordinator in infrastructure projects;
• In-depth knowledge of planning and calculation software;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to plan and organize;
• Proactive attitude towards handling changes or unforeseen circumstances;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A precise and structured working style;
• Willingness to live and work on Bonaire;
• Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
• Knowledge of current developments in the infrastructure sector.
