Responsibilities

  • Lead Breakfast, Daytime, and Late Night shifts
  • Advocate for advancement opportunities within the company
  • Ensure adherence to Wendy's Credo, Mission, and Values
  • Model a fun, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the team
  • Multi-task effectively and maintain a hospitable sense of urgency
  • Comply with grooming and uniform standards
  • Perform all required competencies and follow Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Shift Leader, Shift Supervisor, Hourly Assistant Manager, or Key Hourly in a Quick Service, Fast Casual, or Full Service restaurant
  • An impressive work ethic
  • A desire to learn and gain industry experience
  • A highly collaborative nature
  • A great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoyment of working as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Pay

Earnings range: starting at $16.50 an hour, with actual rates based on experience, location, and position.
