Shift Supervisors play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business. You’ll work alongside the team on shift to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure best practices are followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team during shifts in a coffee shop, quick-service restaurant, or fast-food environment
• Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests and employees
• Ensure adherence to food safety and operational best practices
• Hold team members accountable for cleanliness and safety standards
• Use basic computer systems as required
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supervising a team in a coffee shop, quick-service restaurant, or fast-food environment
• Knowledge of food safety protocols
• Basic computer skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively

$24.00 per hour
