About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead breakfast, daytime, and late night shifts
• Advocate for advancement opportunities within the company
• Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the team
• Model the company's values and culture
• Ensure compliance with grooming and uniform standards
• Perform all required competencies and follow Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Shift Leader, Shift Supervisor, Hourly Assistant Manager, or Key Hourly in a Quick Service, Fast Casual, or Full Service restaurant
• An impressive work ethic
• A highly collaborative nature
• A great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoyment of working as part of a team
• A desire to learn industry and gain experience
• Able to multi-task and demonstrate a "Can Do" attitude

Pay

Earnings range: starting at $16.50 an hour, actual rate based on experience, location, and position.
