Wellsite Representative III

Key Responsibilities

• Overtake workover, completion, testing, and production operations.
• Support completion and frac program execution and ensure adherence to company standards and oilfield best practices.
• Prepare procedures, reports, and wellsite documentation, including WellView reporting.
• Maintain oversight of AFE expenditures and support engineering with cost tracking and operational recommendations.
• Assess production performance and assist with well optimization.
• Offer technical support for completion, workover, fishing, and facility modification projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of oil & gas industry experience with proven wellsite leadership.
• Strong knowledge of completion and intervention operations, including wireline, fishing, pressure pumping, TCP, pump-down, and related services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
• Proficient with reporting systems and operational documentation.
• Current Well Control certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Engineering degree preferred.
