Wellpoint Federal (WF) Account Management Executive
Location
The role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Responsibilities
Supports designated client and partner relationships while collaborating with profit and loss (P&L), marketing, and business development shared services.
Develops and executes account strategies and call plans.
Builds customer and partner relationships throughout the industry.
Supports the development and maintenance of an opportunity pipeline.
Assists with prioritizing opportunities and contributing to solution development in advance of request for proposal release.
Participates in teaming discussions and supports the capture and proposal processes.
Contributes to market analysis, including competitor assessments during pre-capture phases of the business development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related experience with federal agencies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience
- HHS, specifically CMS, or any other related health care experience is preferred.
- You have the ability to leverage existing relationships within federal healthcare agencies to drive business success.
- You are adept and have proven skills at identifying and securing new business opportunities, aiming to expand organizational footprint and revenue in the Federal health care market.
- You utilize your strong relationship-building skills to develop and deepen connections with key clients and partners.
Pay
The salary range for this specific position is $134,232 to $221,482.
