Prior experience in exercise programming and working with the older adult population as it relates to exercise and wellness.Possess or can obtain, within the first 6 months of employment, the following certifications:CPRBasic Water SafetyGroup Fitness or Personal Training Excellent written, verbal, and listening skillsAbility to produce basic reports, using Microsoft OfficePersonally reflect an image of wellness and live out the six dimensions of wellness. Demonstrate a familiarity with the relationship between exercise and other wellness programming and the older adult.
