Wellness Specialist

The Role This is an active, on-your-feet, guest-facing role. You are on the floor, with guests, moving through the center all day. This is not a desk job. If you light up when you are helping people feel their best, and you would rather be in motion than behind a counter, this is your seat. A Wellness Specialist is the face of the center and the reason guests come back. You greet, educate, guide, and deliver our recovery and lifestyle services, and you help every guest find the membership, pass, or service that fits their goals. What You'll Own Serve as a warm, confident, guest-facing presence from the moment someone walks in. Give tours, run the tour exchange, answer questions, and educate guests on our servicesDeliver our lifestyle and recovery services (cryotherapy, compression, red light, sauna, and more) to standardComplete opening and closing checklists; keep treatment rooms, common areas, and the front desk clean, stocked, and reset; do the daily walkthrough and flag anything that needs follow-upLead by example in conversion: tours, memberships, service conversations, and add-ons. Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals; earn 5% commission on services you personally sell. Log every touchSupport the center's social media and community outreach, and help run pop-ups, quarterly events, and promo nights, on site and in the community The Path to Growth This role is built to grow, and we promote from within.
