Wellness Nurse (WA)

Responsibilities

• Wound care
• Medication Management
• Provide nursing services to residents
• Communication with families and physicians
• Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments
• Hands-on nursing care
• Cookordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
• Communicate care plan changes to staff
• Audit eMARS, med cart
• Participate in training of care staff

Qualifications

• RN/ LPN License that is active and in good standing
• A passion to work with our amazing seniors!
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work hard, support your team and build fun into the job
• Must be willing to take 2-step TB test

Pay

USD $43.00/Hr. - USD $45.00/Hr.

Schedule

Full-Time, 4 days a week, 9am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Rotating Fridays and Saturdays.
