About the Role

As a Wellness Nurse (RN), you will oversee resident health, support clinical systems, and ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends
• Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy
• Cookordination care with families, physicians and clinical teams
• Support infection control and regulatory compliance
• Lead clinical training and support staff development
• Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Experience in assisted living, hospital or long-term care
• Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay

Pay Range: $34.05 - $47.00
