About the role
A Wellness Nurse (RN) is needed to provide compassionate, respectful care to senior residents in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident health assessments
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication programs
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and clinical teams
- Support infection control and regulatory compliance
- Lead clinical training
- Develop and monitor staff performance

Requirements
- Active RN license
- Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care

Qualifications
