The Wellness Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing resident health, ensuring high-quality and compliant care, and supporting clinical systems in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident assessments and monitor health trends
- Manage medication programs and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and clinical teams
- Support infection control and regulatory compliance
- Lead clinical training and staff development
- Monitor incidents and implement quality improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care settings
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
