Responsibilities

• Conducting health assessments and monitoring resident health trends
• Managing medication programs and ensuring accurate documentation
• Coordinating care with families, physicians, and clinical teams
• Supporting infection control and regulatory compliance
• Leading clinical training and staff development
• Monitoring incidents and implementing quality improvements

Qualifications and Skills

• Active RN license
• Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care settings
