About the Role

The Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) supports the Resident Services Department by supervising staff, assisting with medication management, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates
• Assist with resident assessments and service plans
• Support hiring and training of staff
• Coordinate staffing
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR and first aid certifications
• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living or long-term care
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to handle challenging situations involving residents
• Physical ability to perform care tasks and lift residents
