Responsibilities

• Conduct resident health assessments and monitor health trends
• Manage medication programs and ensure accurate documentation

• Lead clinical training and staff development

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care
• Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
