What You'll Do:
- Monitor residents
- Document situations and transfers to the ER when necessary
- Serve as a supportive companion
- Promote the well-being and safety of residents
- Assist with limited medication administration
- Conduct resident assessments
- Act as a liaison with families
What You'll Need:
- High school education
- Active, Unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 20 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, government personnel, the public, and colleagues
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
