Join our team as a Wellness Nurse responsible for supporting resident care and medication management with compassion and dignity in a supportive, family-like environment dedicated to enriching seniors’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer medications according to physician orders, following the “Six rights of medication administration.”
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication management.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for resident care guidance.
• Lead and supervise non-licensed team members in providing direct resident care.
• Demonstrate the organization’s mission of “Whatever it Takes” to ensure quality service.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new applications like the eMAR system.
