The Wellness Nurse is an integral member of our nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for our residents. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to residents
• Participate in training of care staff
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
• Communicate care plan changes to staff
• Communication with families and physicians
• Documentation and Investigation Reporting
• Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments
• Wound care
• Audit eMARS, medication cart
• Maintain accurate resident health records
• Medication Management

Requirements

• RN/LVN license that is active and in good standing
• Must be willing to take a TB test

Pay

Min Salary: USD $38.00/Hr. – Max Salary: USD $40.00/Hr.
