About the role

We are seeking a Training Program & PT Network Specialist to lead the growth of our Personal Trainer Network and enhance customer success through market-leading education on Technogym products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wellness Institute Educators to provide market-leading education to fitness professionals on all Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic and Group Cycle Technogym products.
• Implement and manage quality assurance processes and personal development plans to continually improve the standard of education delivery by Wellness Institute Educators.
• Lead the Wellness Institute Educators in creating and delivering innovative and engaging individual and group programming for customers.
• Deliver training across the product and solution portfolio as required.
• Suggest new educational content for bespoke and innovative workshops and online content following the Technogym Wellness Institute best practice.
• Manage training plans and development days for customers to implement development plans and to upskill Wellness Institute Educators so that they deliver the Wellness Institute development days.
• Manage the full training schedule for resource planning.
• Communicate with Sales Teams and Customers to identify needs and evaluate training opportunities.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
• Provide training content and tools to the various channels/segments on new products launched in the market, training Key Users as required.
• Deliver product knowledge during marketing events.
• Aid in the creation of a personal trainer network to develop events and educational opportunities to engage fitness professionals.
• Leverage new service offerings such as remote coaching and personal training services.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience as Master Fitness Trainer, with qualifications across Fit, Functional Outrace, Skill Athletic and Group Cycle.

Desirable: Sports and Health Science Degree or Psychological Science Degree - Exercise and Sports Science or similar/biomedical degree.

Commercial understanding of fitness facilities.

Deep knowledge of the principles and structure of education delivery.

Experience in delivering education to adults in the fitness industry, e.g. for a training provider delivering qualifications.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills in-person, by telephone and in written communications.

Solid knowledge of thorough, proficient and well-structured approaches to education.

Able to deliver a high standard of engaging education using a wide range of learning styles to delegates.
