Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Wellness Director, Director of Nursing, or equivalent, preferably in senior care.
- Licensure: Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state.
- Professionalism: Stellar customer service and hospitality skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, manage, and inspire a full team through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and provide empathetic, personalized care.
- Liaise seamlessly with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals.
- Lead staff meetings, manage service agreements, update physician order sheets, and assure compliance with healthcare protocols.
- Ensure proper medication management, complete timely audits, handle incident reporting, and conduct investigations.
- Assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.
- Other duties as strategically aligned with our mission and vision.
