About the role
The Wellness Director (LVN) provides nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team. As a valued facility leader, you will oversee the leadership and guidance of our nursing services team in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. You will ensure appropriate utilization of resources necessary for the delivery of high-quality patient care and collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated interdisciplinary approach. As a nurse leader, you will coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing and administrative direction for the nursing services team.
- Oversee leadership and guidance of the nursing services team in compliance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure appropriate utilization of resources for high-quality patient care.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments for a coordinated interdisciplinary approach.
- Coach, develop, and lead the clinical team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Graduate of an approved LVN program.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living.
- Experience with PointClickCare.
- Understanding of leadership principles.

Pay
Salary Range: $80,000–$85,000.
