Responsibilities
The Wellness Director (LVN) provides nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team. You will:
- Oversee the leadership and guidance of our nursing services team in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Oversee appropriate utilization of resources necessary for the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated interdisciplinary approach.
- Coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success.
Requirements
- Previous experience in providing direct care to multiple residents
- Graduate of approved LVN program
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living
- Experience with PointClickCare
- Leadership principles
