Brookdale Northwest Greensboro is hiring a Wellness Director to join their growing team.
We are a beautiful, 44 Unit - 4 star Senior Living community supporting our Residents thru Assisted Living.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change.
• Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.

• Utilizes leadership qualities to inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
• Builds relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for the coordination of exceptional personalized care.
• Collaborates with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates and build resident and family satisfaction.

Skills

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.
