About the role

We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving Wellness Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic! This is not your typical front desk job. Our Wellness Coordinators are referred to as our Office Managers and are the heartbeat of our clinics. You’re often the first smile a patient sees, the person who helps them understand their options, and an important part of creating an experience that makes people want to come back—and tell their friends and family about us.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient with warmth, energy, and genuine care
• Help new patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident in choosing our clinic
• Educate patients on our wellness plans, packages, and membership options
• Confidently communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care
• Support clinic goals for new patients, memberships, retention, and growth
• Check patients in, process payments, answer phones, and maintain accurate patient information
• Build relationships with patients and help keep them engaged in their care
• Partner closely with our doctors to create a seamless patient experience
• Ask for referrals and help more people in our community discover chiropractic
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, professional, and ready for patients
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing efforts
• Jump in, help your teammates, and take ownership when something needs to get done

Sales, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, retail, or other customer-facing experience is a plus—but attitude, energy, reliability, and the ability to connect with people matter just as much to us.

Schedule

Our clinics are open:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Wellness Coordinators arrive before opening to prepare the clinic for the day. Applicants should have flexibility to work a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Opportunities for additional hours may be available based on clinic needs.

Pay

• Starting pay: $17/hour + performance-based bonuses
• Earning potential up to $25/hour based on performance and growth within the role
