About the role
The Wellness Today Front Desk Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for gym members and guests, helping create a welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of our fitness facility.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist gym members, guests, and prospective members
- Manage member check-ins and facility access
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
- Schedule fitness consultations and appointments as needed
- Process memberships, payments, and account updates
- Maintain accurate member records
- Aid with membership tours and provide information about services and programs
- Absorb and support a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Collaborate with fitness staff to deliver an exceptional member experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, front desk, hospitality, retail, fitness, or related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with office software
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
