Wellness Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Researching, developing, and conducting preventive care and health education programs for corporate customers.
• Development of collateral materials and outcomes reporting.
• Providing onsite support for designated employer groups for worksite wellness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Community or Public Health, or in the health field.
• Registered dietitian (where contractually obligated).
• 4 years experience developing and presenting programs in corporate, public or community health education, or health promotion.
• Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends.
• Verbal and written communication skills including composing and conducting presentations, composing programs, and interfacing with internal staff/management and external vendors and community resources.
• Organization and time management skills, along with the ability to work with minimum supervision both independently and in a group setting.
• Analytical experience including medical/health education analysis.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Nutrition Certification
• Worksite Wellness Certification (i.e Certified Health Education Specialist- CHES, or Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS))
• Client dedicated position - "*** On site in College Station***"
• Requires 30% of travel

Pay

$55,900.00 - $123,500.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
