Wellness Coordinator
About the role
Solage, part of the Auberge Collection, offers a unique blend of wine country luxury and small-town charm. Located on 22 acres in Calistoga, it features 100 renovated, free-standing studios and suites with private patios, complimentary cruiser bikes, and easy access to downtown. The heart of the resort is Spa Solage, a 20,000-square-foot wellness destination with geothermal pools, signature mud therapies, and daily fitness classes. Guests can enjoy vibrant, seasonal cuisine at Solbar or Latin-inspired fare and cocktails at Picobar.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Spa areas in a spotless condition and common areas between appointments.
- Knowledge of all aspects of treatments and ability to recommend and suggest selling.
- Process spa reservations, billing, and meet and greet guests as they arrive and depart from treatments.
- Support retail: assist guests, display products, suggest selling, and merchandise.
- Handle guest complaints or problems immediately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Communicate all duties to management for effective communication across departments.
- Use good judgment and maintain discretion and diplomacy.
- Participate in designated programs, meetings, and training.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, spa, or retail industries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior customer service or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- Combination of education and work experience.
Benefits
