Job Summary The Wellness Consultant (WC) will be responsible for the daily front desk functions including checking clients in and out, membership sales, cash handling, and customer service. The WC will report directly to the Clinic Manager and work in conjunction with our Hydrocare Providers (Registered Nurses). We are currently seeking an outgoing individual with both front desk and sales experience. Candidates with healthcare credentials such as EMT or Medical Assistant would excel in this position. Candidate must possess tremendous multi-tasking skills and be very flexible. Outstanding organization and computer skills are a must. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Participate in the daily business cycle of the clinic through front desk operations, customer service, sales building, teamwork, and clinic upkeep/maintenanceAbility to discuss and sell membership packages available to clientsPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersFocus on the Company's Core Values in decision-making Job Specifications Minimum The candidate should have an Associate's degree or equivalent business experience in the medical, retail, fitness, or restaurant industriesReliable transportation to/from the clinic and local areas for offsite events and/or house callsPreference will be given to candidates with previous customer service, medical or spa related experience Skills And Abilities Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely mannerAbility to keep calm and focused under stressful situations including customer facing, medical emergencies, and product/staff shortagesModerate computer skills including knowledge of MacOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
