Join Massage Heights, a locally owned retreat, as a Guest Service & Sales Specialist. You’ll help guests achieve their wellness goals in a stunning, serene environment while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through therapeutic services and skincare lines, educating them with confidence.
• Meet monthly sales targets for memberships and gift cards to support guests' long-term health.
• Build lasting relationships with members using an upbeat, loyal, and authentic approach.

Requirements

• Previous retail or guest service experience.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working in a digital environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills to resolve guest conflicts positively.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, energetic, and culture-first setting.
