Essential Functions
- Greet every member with exceptional customer service.
- Execute all opening/closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly.
- Effectively manage gym software and tracking systems.
- Generate leads from daily calls, email, texts and more.
- Actively participate in ensuring the club is safe and organized.
- Light cleaning/disinfecting of all gym areas, including shower room.
- Absorb and maintain fitness equipment.
- Maintain fitness instructor schedules.
- Assist with conflict resolution, as needed.
- Interact with other teams to meet Esperanza goals (e.g., Community Health and Wellness, Behavioral health, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient information.

Basic Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Experience in serving in urban environments.
- Familiarity with Kensington community preferred.
- CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
Working Conditions
- Requires the ability to travel to other office locations.
- Flexible work schedule, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Walking, bending, reaching, lifting required.
