Wellness Assistant - Full-Time

About the role

Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community in Thousand Oaks, CA, is hiring a Full-Time Wellness Assistant. This hands-on role supports residents with daily routines, activities, and compassionate care while working as part of a caring team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines, meals, appointments, activities, and other needs
• Provide medication support as trained and authorized
• Help coordinate resident activities, outings, and special events
• Assist with scheduling, communication, and general organization
• Coordinate transportation requests, maintenance needs, and other resident services
• Work closely with team members to ensure responsive, compassionate support

Requirements

• Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred
• Medication technician training or experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities
• A positive, team-focused approach to resident care
