Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in public health, health promotion, organizational leadership, healthcare administration, or related field
- Experience: Five (5) years of experience in organizational well-being, employee engagement, health promotion, wellness consulting, healthcare administration, organizational transformation, or related leadership roles
- PREFERRED: Master’s degree
- PREFERRED: Experience leading large-scale organizational initiatives, culture transformation efforts, or strategic workforce well-being programs
- PREFERRED: Experience working within healthcare systems, hospitals, provider groups, or complex matrixed organizations
