Job Description
This position is primarily for educational or religious purposes and should be used for providing valuable educational experiences for the Intern. It is to give the Intern an opportunity to see how principles and practices learned in their educational institutions are applied in actual work setting.
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and help maintain AI solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and other applied AI tools
- Create prompting strategies, testing approaches, and evaluation methods for AI outputs
- Create sustainability plans and documentation to enable continued in-house support after the internship
- Design and develop data visualizations and reports (e.g., Power BI dashboards) for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze and improve team workflows, tools, and processes
- Document business processes, requirements, and best practices
- Serve as a technical liaison within the team, helping others effectively use team tools and systems
- Support implementation and optimization of internal tools (e.g., Monday.com, Power Apps, reporting workflows)
- Collaborate with Church technology and data teams when needed to align with broader systems and standards
Qualifications
- Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation.
- They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
