What We’re Looking For

• An experienced welder with a strong grasp of production flow
• Comfortable working with Plant Leadership to execute and achieve the goals for your department
• Keeps safety a top priority and makes sure your team understands and follows proper procedures and techniques
• An effective communicator who likes working with a diverse team
• A problem solver who enjoys working with others

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Executing the Production Plan set by Plant Leadership
• Interpreting standard production drawings and job specifications to ensure your team executes builds successfully
• Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and quality of output
• Trouble shoot repairs needed for equipment and/or defective materials
• Supervise safety of all employees and machine/tool usage
• Train and develop your team members
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Focus on building product

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
• Familiarity with basic math and measurements
