About the role
Support manufacturing operations by positioning, tack welding, MIG welding along various lines, and inspecting weld quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up parts for welding
- Perform MIG welding tasks
- Connect gas regulators
- Grind excess welds
- Inspect weld quality
- Stand, lift, and move materials up to 90 lbs.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requires good vision and physical stamina.
Requirements
- MIG welding experience is essential
- High school diploma or technical training preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements
- Ability to follow instructions
- Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus
- Must pass safety and environmental tests
