Responsibilities
- Understand and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Weld and document production of products.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
- Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.
- Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area.
- Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure products meet all specifications.
- Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced.
- Document and report raw material consumption for all finished product.
- Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel.
- Provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.
- Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in on-the-job MIG and TIG welding.
- High school diploma or GED.
- ASME Code welding certification preferred.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to use various measuring instruments.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.

Schedule
- 1st Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- 2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday)
