We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must not repeat job title as heading. We have info: Full-time Description, Reports To, Shift, Compensation, etc. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: description of Senior Welder role. Could be a paragraph summarizing role. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: experience, etc. - Qualifications: maybe certifications, education. - Skills: technical skills, leadership skills. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: compensation range. - Schedule: shift details. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like shift differential, overtime, etc. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

$32.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Shift differential: +$2.00/hr for 2nd shift. Overtime paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours.

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (+$2.00/hr shift differential), Monday through Friday (overtime and occasional weekends as required by production needs).

We must ensure we don't duplicate content. Also include Reports To? Could be part of About the role or maybe a short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Reports To is minor metadata; we can include in About the role paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive info: So include details like "Senior Welder is a multi-process, code-quality welder who builds complex equipment independently, holds radiographic (X-ray) quality Welder Performance Qualifications, and drives quality and process improvement on the floor. As the top welding rank, this role also ensures a smooth handoff of in-progress jobs, equipment status, and priorities to the next shift, and mentors less experienced welders. Senior Welders are eligible for our Welding Leader mentor designation, which carries an additional pay premium for formally training and coaching other welders." Also include "Full-time Description Reports To: Welding Supervisor". We'll embed Reports To in About the role. Now list responsibilities: many bullet points. We need to extract each responsibility sentence. Let's list them: - Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and/or flux-core (FCAW) welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and/or other alloy components per blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders. - Maintain current Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQs), including radiographic (X-ray) quality certifications on pipe. - Set up, adjust, and operate welding machines, plasma cutters, and related fabrication equipment, including grinders, cutting torches, band saws, and presses. - Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, AWS weld symbols, and job specifications; flag discrepancies to Engineering. - Build complex shop equipment and advanced structural fabrications independently, with supervisor sign-off. - Inspect completed welds for defects such as porosity, undercut, cracking, and warping; serve as a final-inspection point of contact for your work cell. - Fabricate, repair, and modify production equipment, tooling, conveyors, machine guarding, and facility structures as assigned. - Select appropriate filler metals, shielding gases, and welding parameters based on WPS specification, material type and thickness across multiple processes. - Lead root-cause corrective action on code-welding non-conformances and support qualification of new Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS/PQR). - Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to support project timelines and resolve fabrication issues. - Provide clear end-of-shift handoff to the next shift’s Welder(s) covering in-progress jobs, equipment status, material needs, and daily priorities. - Mentor and formally train less experienced (Welder I and Welder II) team members; may pursue the shop’s Welding Leader mentor designation. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. - Support new product introduction, prototype builds, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and throughput. Now Requirements: - Experience 5+ years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial maintenance environment. - Demonstrated multi-process experience (MIG, TIG, and/or flux-core) on steel, stainless steel, and/or other alloys. - Current Welder Performance Qualifications, including radiographic (X-ray) quality certification on pipe, or ability to obtain during onboarding. - Experience building complex equipment or structures independently from blueprints and specifications. - AWS certification or equivalent welding certification required or strongly preferred. - Prior experience mentoring, training, or leading other welders preferred. Qualifications: maybe education and certifications. - High school diploma or GED required. - Completion of a welding certificate or training program (technical school, apprenticeship, or equivalent) preferred. - AWS certification or equivalent industry credential strongly preferred. - Equivalent combination of education and hands-on welding experience will be considered. Skills: Technical Skills and Leadership & Professional Skills. Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency across MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and/or Flux-Core (FCAW) welding processes. - Ability to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and/or other alloys in all positions, including code/X-ray quality work. - Advanced blueprint and isometric drawing interpretation; able to identify and flag design/fabrication discrepancies. - Working knowledge of the ASME Section IX WPS/PQR relationship and code-welding requirements. - Skilled in root-cause troubleshooting of weld discontinuities and corrective action processes. - Proficient with hand and power tools, precision measuring tools, and fabrication equipment. Leadership & Professional Skills: - Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and coach less experienced welders. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality-ownership mindset. - Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage cross-shift continuity. - Strong communication skills with supervisors, engineering, quality, and cross-shift teams. - Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and reliable attendance. We could combine into one Skills section with sub-bullets, but we can just list all. Benefits: list from text. - Health insurance through United Healthcare, effective the first of the month after a 30-day waiting period. PRI reimburses the balance of the deductible above the employee’s portion ($750 per person / $1,500 per family maximum). - Dental insurance and vision insurance available. - 401(k) retirement plan with company match — 100% of the first 3% you contribute plus 50% of the next 2%, for a 4% maximum match. Pay: we already have. Schedule: we have. Now we need to output only HTML fragment. Make sure to not include any extra text. Let's craft. We'll start with

About the role

Full-time position reporting to the Welding Supervisor. The Senior Welder is a multi-process, code-quality welder who builds complex equipment independently, holds radiographic (X-ray) quality Welder Performance Qualifications, and drives quality and process improvement on the floor. As the top welding rank, this role also ensures a smooth handoff of in-progress jobs, equipment status, and priorities to the next shift, and mentors less experienced welders. Senior Welders are eligible for our Welding Leader mentor designation, which carries an additional pay premium for formally training and coaching other welders.

Then Responsibilities ul. Then Requirements ul. Then Qualifications ul. Then Skills ul. Then Benefits ul. Then Pay p. Then Schedule p. Check for duplication: Overtime and shift differential appear in Benefits and Pay/Schedule; we should avoid duplication. Benefits already includes "Overtime paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours, plus a shift differential for 2nd shift." Pay section also mentions shift differential and overtime. To avoid duplication, we could keep only in Benefits or Pay. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we remove duplication we lose some info? But it's same info repeated; we can keep one instance. Probably better to keep in Benefits and mention Pay just base range. However Pay section also includes base range and mention of shift differential and overtime; we could keep Pay just base range and note that shift differential and overtime are detailed in Benefits. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can keep base range in Pay and note that shift differential and overtime are detailed in Benefits. That preserves info without duplication. Thus Pay p: "$32.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications." (No shift differential/overtime mention.) Schedule p: include shift times and differential? Actually shift differential is benefit; we can keep schedule just times. But we need to preserve shift differential info; it's in Benefits. So schedule p: "1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday (overtime and occasional weekends as required by production needs)." Overtime mention is also in Benefits; we could keep it in Schedule or Benefits. To avoid duplication, we can keep overtime mention in Benefits only. So schedule p: "1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday." That preserves shift times. Now Benefits includes overtime and
