Welder I (MIG) Location: Riverside, CA Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Welder (Welder I) to join our weld team. This role provides hands-on experience with basic welding operations and exposure to a structured training environment. The position is ideal for individuals beginning their welding career and seeking to develop foundational skills under the guidance of experienced welders and supervisors. Key Responsibilities Perform basic welds on pre-assembled jigs following standard Work Instructions (WIs)Assist Welders in grinding structures free of sharp edges and weld protrusionsExecute coating processes as requiredSafely operate hand and power toolsMaintain a clean and organized work areaParticipate in safety and quality training programs Qualifications 1-3 years of welding experience.Completion of basic welding school or vocational training.Must pass internal weld test for basic joints.No welding certifications required initially.
